Working with mixed media allows me to explore the creative interplay between digital and analogue techniques such as scanning, printing, and editing by hand. Through this process, seemingly simple clips gain new depth and a new look and feel. For this mixed media project, I ended up using the bare minimum of resources: three elements taken from a magazine, two video clips as a background, real water drops and, apart from that, just a cutter, sound effects, and my scanner.
